YLab works to bring youth into politics, volunteering, consumerism, education, business, market innovation, and economic development – giving them the power to change the world in partnership with organisations that need a fresh perspective.
Despite their ground-breaking and youth-focused agenda, their brand didn’t reflect their energy and excitement for changing the world.
We extended their existing corporate brand to create a layered and tactile identity that challenges the viewer and hints at the disruptive power for social change that YLab enables. The youth-focused identity captures attention through intriguing calls to action, paired with design styles, textures, and animations you can’t ignore. We also created a range of custom artworks that YLab can use to teach and inspire participants about the roles they’ll get to play in the projects they’re a part of.
YLab’s new brand is designed to be remixed, remade and played with by the young people it inspires – taking their voices and making them louder for meaningful global change.
